Having a baby is hard work

From healing, adjusting, and navigating all the "new" in parenthood, having a baby is a lot. While it’s true that babies don't come with a manual, there is another truth you hear less often: pregnancy and birth don’t come with a manual, either.


Pregnancy is one of the largest changes your body can go through, culminating in a birth that you can’t predict. The process can be daunting, especially since it comes at a time when you may be physically exhausted. Having someone to walk you through this stage with knowledge and experience can relieve stress and help you move toward parenthood confidently. 


And lets not forget the dads who are trying their best to do all the right things while unsure of how to do them.

Our job is to help walk with you from pregnancy through postpartum as you become a parent.

Postpartum Doula Support

We offer personalized in-home postpartum doula assistance to families living in Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam Counties (NY), as well as Fairfield County (CT) for the initial 12 weeks following your baby's arrival. The duration of postpartum doula support can range from a few weeks to over 3 months. Together, we will tailor a unique plan to suit your individual needs.

Pricing Starts At:

$55/hour with a 4 week minimum

6 hour sessions per day; 8 to 10 hour sessions per night

Services include

  • Emotional and physical recovery support for mom
  • Newborn care instruction and support
  • Infant feeding - bottle and breast
  • Light household chores like dishes, laundry and meal prep
  • Care for baby while you take time to nap, shower, attend to an older child or take an hour to yourself

A La Carte

  • In-person pre-natal visit at your home - $50/hour
  • Sibling care while you are in the hospital - $65/hour
  • Nursery and home organization - $30/hour
  • Virtual support through Voxer messaging - $50/day
  • Gift Certificates for Baby Showers - $200 minimum
